I had gotten used to the bounce with my old cables,and wanted to return the new ones and after I spoke with Michelle out of California. GBThe women on the phone was very helpful… The women on the phone was very helpful . The only thing not totally happy with is the flap around the trampoline they flip up an get in the way of jumping at times . Also the legs protrude a bit to much out from the rim of trampoline .

GBCords replacement I was looking for a replacement of cords for my 200 series model, and it was easy to locate it on the site. Once received, it was simple to install. So far I like the performance.

GBI don't understand why it takes so much… I don't understand why it takes so much effort to order a set of new springs for my 11X17 trampoline. Is it that hard to offer these online as replacement parts? I need to call in to get a quote and then call back with a CC number? Why so much work ?
