I've only had my Jumpstart for a week I've only had my Jumpstart for a week, but think I'm going to love it! Definitely feel the leg muscles working after just 5 min of low jumping! I am disappointed that I have to wait until May before the handlebar is available to order.

Beware of clearance items. They don’t quality control their returns for damages. I ordered the quick release handlebar for my jump sport 350 Pro. It was clearance priced at $89 and said that it may have some slight imperfections but was in perfect working order and not returnable. I would have had no issue with any scratches or dents, but expected it to be perfect in functionality. When it arrived, the inner gasket on one pole was all cracked and shoved down inside. My husband spent some time working on it to repair so it could be used immediately for my surgical recovery plan. It’s working, but the crack on the one side worries me that it won’t last long term. This item came to me damaged and unusable. If it weren’t for a husband who is mechanical, it would have been a complete waste of money. I LOVE Jumpsport trampolines. I would consider myself the poster girl for promoting your rebounders alone. I own 2 and have talked 3 separate friends into purchasing these in the last several weeks. This item was a bummer. I pray it lasts.

Terrific customer service and support! I like the fact that I was contacted to make sure I had ordered the correct product ensuring my safety and reducing possible frustration if product wasn’t compatible. Plus, I appreciate the clear assembly and installation instructions.

Easy to assemble/Quality product Very easy to assemble and a quality product. Have enjoyed my beginner experience on the Jumpsport.

570 pro so good!! The 570 pro is so impressive and I love it so much!! It’s firm enough to keep up with fast workouts on you tube and really good for quick health bounce .. such great quality and worth the money! I love the bigger surface too! There are no negatives about it!
