I had gotten used to the bounce with my old cables,and wanted to return the new ones and after I spoke with Michelle out of California. GBThe women on the phone was very helpful… The women on the phone was very helpful . The only thing not totally happy with is the flap around the trampoline they flip up an get in the way of jumping at times . Also the legs protrude a bit to much out from the rim of trampoline .

GBGreat rebounder! Love my rebounder so far! Use it almost every day. So much better and more quiet than my spring one. Quick shipping. Only downside is it is pricey. It seems like it's well-built and sturdy though. Wish there was a little more jumping space-it seems very small compared to the other brands I was used to. Overall, great purchase!
