Beware of clearance items. They don’t quality control their returns for damages. I ordered the quick release handlebar for my jump sport 350 Pro. It was clearance priced at $89 and said that it may have some slight imperfections but was in perfect working order and not returnable. I would have had no issue with any scratches or dents, but expected it to be perfect in functionality. When it arrived, the inner gasket on one pole was all cracked and shoved down inside. My husband spent some time working on it to repair so it could be used immediately for my surgical recovery plan. It’s working, but the crack on the one side worries me that it won’t last long term. This item came to me damaged and unusable. If it weren’t for a husband who is mechanical, it would have been a complete waste of money. I LOVE Jumpsport trampolines. I would consider myself the poster girl for promoting your rebounders alone. I own 2 and have talked 3 separate friends into purchasing these in the last several weeks. This item was a bummer. I pray it lasts.

Sturdy! Excited to start rebounding! i have a sister that is a PE teacher and told me you dont just want any old trampoline to rebound. You need one that has a sturdy base . She usues jumpsprt trampolines for her classrooms for PE and has tried other and said these are the best! So excited i didnt have to worry if i got a good one! Knew from her experience. Now that im rebounding so glad i listened to her!

I've only had my Jumpstart for a week I've only had my Jumpstart for a week, but think I'm going to love it! Definitely feel the leg muscles working after just 5 min of low jumping! I am disappointed that I have to wait until May before the handlebar is available to order.

I replaced my 10 year old bands I replaced my 10 year old bands! What a difference! Great customer service when I inquired if I should replace them. I love my Jump sport! Leslie 68 years old

A few things remain to be seen... The reason I am giving this a 3 is because in January of 2023 when I ordered the green and blue replacement bands, my daughter jumped on them for 3-4 months and they became completely bent our of shape and frayed. She is a vigorous jumper but that is not good at all. These are supposed to last years I think. So I have replaced them again, with black this time. And it's honestly too soon yet to know whether these will have any staying power or not. I did notice you can't get the colorful ones anymore, so maybe there something defective about the colored ones. I will know in a few months when my daughter comes home how these do, but I am giving the lowish rating because I shouldn't be replacing these again so soon.
