Outstanding customer service at Jenson. Jenson has been outstanding to work with through my issues, my bike came delivered on time as expected...only issues were that the left hand grip punched through the shipping box and ruined/ cracked the grip also upon further inspection the rear hub had been assembled wrong and the freehub body didn't spin squarely which made the chain pop off the chain rings on the cassette whenever you backpedalled. I contacted the JensonUSA team and they asked me to take the bike to a local shop to get evaluated. Long story short....they refunded my bill for a new hub and wheel build within 10 hours and also sent me a brand new pair of grips with no questions asked. I look forward to buying my next bike through JensonUSA. They have outstanding customer service 👏 👌 👍 Thanks guys!!

Not bad for an Online retailer. Bike and pedals arrived on time, as described, and at a more reasonable price point than other places I looked. Bike was well set up, considering it was put into a box and shipped cross country. I've ordered parts fro Jensens before and had a similarly positive experience.

nice bike at a great price Very easy to purchase a bike on line, which I was a bit hesitant about. The bike arrived with very little assembly needed. It was exactly as described on the website. No surprises.

Wrong item pictured I ordered Endura bibshorts and got bibtights. The page I ordered from showed the bibshorts. I paid return shipping and waited a week to receive the order until I realized the mistake. I reported the error but after a couple of weeks the correct image was not corrected.
