Frustrating lack of service Ordered some parts for delivery. Apparently they messed up with the shipping label, got a notification from USPS that it couldn't be delivered and was being returned to sender. Mistakes happen, I understand. I called Jenson to see what could be done and they said I could just buy the parts in person since I would be passing near their warehouse. When I got there, they said I would still have to buy it again via the website. No cell reception, so they pointed me to a laptop. Quickly pulled up the items I needed and turned to ask the guy at the desk how long it would take, and he was gone. He and others were in a room off the lobby. My friend tried waving to then through the window, but they just looked at him and ignored him. Plenty of other places to buy parts that actually want to help you.

So happy with my first time experience The buying process was so easy and the delivery came faster than expected even though I live in Puerto Rico. The item was beyond quality and they also gave me a little gift! Definitely I'm buying again with Jenson.

Assembly incorrect. Bike was received just fine. The front tire was put on backwards and against the direction it should have been. The rear derailleur needs to be tuned as the shifting is off. I shouldn’t have to pay to have my bike corrected when coming from an online bike store. Please train your assemblers better.

Outstanding customer service at Jenson. Jenson has been outstanding to work with through my issues, my bike came delivered on time as expected...only issues were that the left hand grip punched through the shipping box and ruined/ cracked the grip also upon further inspection the rear hub had been assembled wrong and the freehub body didn't spin squarely which made the chain pop off the chain rings on the cassette whenever you backpedalled. I contacted the JensonUSA team and they asked me to take the bike to a local shop to get evaluated. Long story short....they refunded my bill for a new hub and wheel build within 10 hours and also sent me a brand new pair of grips with no questions asked. I look forward to buying my next bike through JensonUSA. They have outstanding customer service 👏 👌 👍 Thanks guys!!

Process was very straightforward Process was very straightforward, pricing was great - thumbs up. I only wish there were more affordable shipping options to Canada, but that's not Jenson's fault!
