GBGreat Machine, Terrible Tank Filling Process The rower arrived quickly, well-packed, easy to assemble, and fun to use. The process required to fill the tank ruins the elegant design of the rower and makes a mess. Using the siphon pump resulted in nearly a quart of water all over the rower and the floor because the hose was too short, the fill port too small, and inconveniently positioned. A simple funnel or moving the fill port over a few inches, increasing the size, and using a screw-on lid like a Nalgene bottle would greatly simplify filling and emptying the tank.

GBQuality product from box to assembly to rowing From box to rowing. The box and the packaging of the rower was perfect. The parts packing opened without a knife. All parts were well packaged. Assembly. The best and easiest assembly of any product I bought in 67 years. All parts fit perfect and the assembly took minutes not hours. The rower is what I expected after doing research and it works like a well oiled machine. The rower looks like a piece of quality furniture. It blows all other so called rowers out of the water. The others are huge, bulky and take up too much space. The only drawback (have to as to not drool over it) is the siphon pump. It could be better to match the quality of the rower but its not like you fill it with water every day/week/month. The rower glides so easy but yet has ample resistance to accomplish the workout. Very glad I bought this unit.

GBMy Second WaterRower I bought my first WaterRower in 1992 and used it for 30 years until the tank began leaking. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to repair the leak, including using the factory repair kit, I bought and installed a new tank. Over the next two years and many efforts, I was unable to reassemble the rower because one small element on the frame wouldn't join. After trying to fix it for months while watching my fitness level steadily decline, I bought a new rower a few weeks ago and suffice to say I'm very pleased with the design and quality of the new unit. The only decline in overall quality that I've noticed is that while the exposed wooden edges on my old machine were nicely rounded over, the edges on the new machine still have raw corners . It's a small thing though, and doesn't detract from the rower's overall excellent quality.

GBWorks great, looks great, made in America! Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Assembly was as expected... I'm not especially skilled with mechanical things but had no trouble putting it together. Best of all, it provides a great workout and is American made with high quality parts and appearance.

GBThe folks at Waterrower were fantastic… The folks at Waterrower were fantastic when my 15+ old rower sprang a leak! For the epoxy fix to getting her back to action…they stayed on the line with me, helped me with exactly what I needed, and sent me the videos needed to re-engage my rower. Now if I can only find the little part (or get the schematic) to reconnect my monitor. Still looking…but at least I can row!
