This is a splendid device The order process was straightforward and swift. Delivery was prompt and courteous. But the best part is the device itself. It's beautiful, solid, and elegant. I love the way the seat glides on the rails, love the solid construction and materials, and especially love the sound. This is the best home exercise machine I've ever owned.

Love it!!! Did lots of research prior to purchasing a water rower. Well made product, easy to assemble and simple to move out of the way for storage when not in use. Like the basic computer, rather than paying some crazy monthly fee for a workout program. Able to find many workouts on YouTube.

My Second WaterRower I bought my first WaterRower in 1992 and used it for 30 years until the tank began leaking. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to repair the leak, including using the factory repair kit, I bought and installed a new tank. Over the next two years and many efforts, I was unable to reassemble the rower because one small element on the frame wouldn't join. After trying to fix it for months while watching my fitness level steadily decline, I bought a new rower a few weeks ago and suffice to say I'm very pleased with the design and quality of the new unit. The only decline in overall quality that I've noticed is that while the exposed wooden edges on my old machine were nicely rounded over, the edges on the new machine still have raw corners . It's a small thing though, and doesn't detract from the rower's overall excellent quality.
