Yes, i was a tad bummed but my son ended up loving it any ways so overall it was a great purchase. After reading reviews I ordered anyway! After reading reviews, I was a little skeptical about placing my order but as a small business owner myself, I know that many people follow the leaders and only leave negative once they see something negative. However, I did choose to order and am very pleased so far with the outcome. Order came in only a week and a half. Jim was very helpful when I called to place the order. I did purchase the extra for assembly and glad I did so. Would absolutely do business with them again! Always judging a company by others is not always a good thing. So glad I used my own judgement.
