Great Experience I ordered my wetsuit on a Sunday and got a call from Kristin on Monday morning. She wanted to make sure that I really wanted expedited shipping, which I accidentally got but didn't mean to. She promptly refunded the extra shipping and I still got the wetsuit in 3 days! Personal attention over the phone regarding sizing and she was spot on(we didn't even try them on-she took our weight and height over the phone and hit the bulls-eye . The wetsuits arrived just as hoped with a personalized note. She cares. I often worry about buying something online from some company I don't know. Exceptional! Expert help guiding me to the right suit! Couldn't be happier! Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly! I sent two friends to Kristen and they have had the same excellent help. Highly recommended!

Just Wetsuits has been an amazing… Just Wetsuits has been an amazing resource for me. I bought my first wetsuit from them which was a rental that I ended up purchasing. Then I saw them a few years later at a race where I actually forgot to pack my wetsuit. They really saved me! They also went the extra step to ensure I had the right fit and that I was comfortable after the practice swim in the suit. That type of service is rare today and they are now my ONLY resource for wetsuits and other triathlon accessories.
