She wanted to make sure that I really wanted expedited shipping, which I accidentally got but didn't mean to. She promptly refunded the extra shipping and I still got the wetsuit in 3 days! She spent an hour and half in the phone, including FaceTiming to support me in the best fit of the suit!! The best customer service ever!! Felt like we could be friends! Exceptional! Expert help guiding me to the right suit! Couldn't be happier! Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly!
