Exceptional! Expert help guiding me to the right suit! Couldn't be happier! Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly! I sent two friends to Kristen and they have had the same excellent help. Highly recommended!

Customer Service was very helpful and… Customer Service was very helpful and quickly responded to my inquiries via FB Messenger chat. I started off thinking I wanted an Orca Alpha, but after guidance from staff about sizing and availability it turns out Zone3 had a wetsuit that would better fit my body type. Two swims so far in my new wetsuit and everything looks and feels great!
