Personal attention over the phone regarding sizing and she was spot on(we didn't even try them on-she took our weight and height over the phone and hit the bulls-eye . The wetsuits arrived just as hoped with a personalized note. She cares. I often worry about buying something online from some company I don't know. I rolled the dice with Just Wetsuits and I found that they are a real company with a real wonderful owner. Just Wetsuits has been an amazing… Just Wetsuits has been an amazing resource for me. I bought my first wetsuit from them which was a rental that I ended up purchasing. Then I saw them a few years later at a race where I actually forgot to pack my wetsuit. They really saved me! They also went the extra step to ensure I had the right fit and that I was comfortable after the practice swim in the suit. That type of service is rare today and they are now my ONLY resource for wetsuits and other triathlon accessories.

The company did everything fine but I… The company did everything fine but I ordered a wetsuit that was too small (my first order) and I had to withdraw from the triathlon in open water. I had provided my height and weight but maybe I underestimated my build (slight). I needed a suit at least a couple of inches longer because I thought I was going to have a heart attack just getting it on and off and swimming in it as a test was exhausting after one lap in a pool. Next time I'll order a larger suit.
