Incorrect Order Issue There was an initial error where i received an incorrect item in my order. I was able to get the necessary support from the RDX team to aid me in rectifying the problem. I was provided with the correct order without hassle. I truly appreciated the assistance.

I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. Super fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!
