Having used RDX gloves and shinguards regularly anyway for a number of years I knew the quality would be where I expected. I wasn't disappointed! Shipping was promt also! GBI have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. This is why I’ll continue buying from them. Keep it up guys, carry on setting the standards for great customer service!
