GBGreat products and customer service Purchased the RDX F6 6ft Kara Black Free-Standing Punch Bag With Mitts Set for daughter - which looks great so far. Still setting everything up but no mitts so contacted customer service who sent these out the next day. Brilliant customer service - quick to deal with queries/issues, very helpful and efficient. This is now my go to company for fitness/boxing related equipment. Am already eyeing up a couple of other products that are currently out of stock but happy to wait until back in stock.

GBWhat a knock out 🤣 Girls boxing loves. Traditional it's not a girly sport, and finding decent equipment for my daughter to train has always been difficult. But she was more than happy with her new floral gloves and pads. decent selection of weight, she's currently at 10OZ. The quality is fantastic and the delivery came in time for Christmas even though I left it until the 20th. Since I have ordered some new Yoga matts which again are brilliant, even my Yogi teacher has commented on the quality of the matt.

GBAppalling service Appalling service . Ordered an item for my partners birthday . Courier they used never delivered the item. I reached out to RDX who initially said they had arranged for courier to delivery to me the following day . Day came to an end and no delivery . I emailed RDX who then said the courier would not be delivering to me . Now no present for My partner . I’ve basically Waited in my flat all day for 3 days for no reason and RDX failed to deliver the goods.

GBI ordered a pair of RDX shinguards as… I ordered a pair of RDX shinguards as they were extremely competitive on price. Having used RDX gloves and shinguards regularly anyway for a number of years I knew the quality would be where I expected. I wasn't disappointed! Shipping was promt also! Will definitely keep on using RDX products!!

DESuper fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!
