GBI have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. GBRDX L2 Mark Pro I purchased the RDX L2 Mark Pro Sparring gloves which unfortunately developed a disfigurement. I emailed RDX to explain what had happened and with a very fast response they had shipped an order of the same gloves within 2 days.
