TTIncorrect Order Issue There was an initial error where i received an incorrect item in my order. I was able to get the necessary support from the RDX team to aid me in rectifying the problem. I was provided with the correct order without hassle. I truly appreciated the assistance.

GBGreat products and customer service Purchased the RDX F6 6ft Kara Black Free-Standing Punch Bag With Mitts Set for daughter - which looks great so far. Still setting everything up but no mitts so contacted customer service who sent these out the next day. Brilliant customer service - quick to deal with queries/issues, very helpful and efficient. This is now my go to company for fitness/boxing related equipment. Am already eyeing up a couple of other products that are currently out of stock but happy to wait until back in stock.

GBRDX is a lifesaver I own a sport karate school and have had such a hard time with the major US retailers like Century, Macho, and Bold Look. Between price gouging, bait and switch scams to try to squeeze an extra buck out of me, and the lowering of quality even as prices are higher than ever. RDX has been a god send. Roger has been great to work with, and I just wish I would have made the switch sooner. We're currently discussing making more youth sizes for equipment. I think that RDX could steal a huge portion of the market share for american and european spork karate schools if they offered more youth sizes.

DEVery reliable and helpful Very reliable and helpful The shipment arrived quickly, but unfortunately I had chosen the wrong size. The team supported me quickly and easily with the return and exchange. They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store). Whenever there was a delay in the process, I was kept up to date by customer service and they also followed up when steps were delayed on my part. Highly recommended.
