Appalling service Appalling service . Ordered an item for my partners birthday . Courier they used never delivered the item. I reached out to RDX who initially said they had arranged for courier to delivery to me the following day . Day came to an end and no delivery . I emailed RDX who then said the courier would not be delivering to me . Now no present for My partner . I’ve basically Waited in my flat all day for 3 days for no reason and RDX failed to deliver the goods.

RDX L2 Mark Pro I purchased the RDX L2 Mark Pro Sparring gloves which unfortunately developed a disfigurement. I emailed RDX to explain what had happened and with a very fast response they had shipped an order of the same gloves within 2 days. RDX is a lifesaver I own a sport karate school and have had such a hard time with the major US retailers like Century, Macho, and Bold Look. Between price gouging, bait and switch scams to try to squeeze an extra buck out of me, and the lowering of quality even as prices are higher than ever. RDX has been a god send. Roger has been great to work with, and I just wish I would have made the switch sooner. We're currently discussing making more youth sizes for equipment. I think that RDX could steal a huge portion of the market share for american and european spork karate schools if they offered more youth sizes.
