QUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. What a knock out 🤣 Girls boxing loves. Traditional it's not a girly sport, and finding decent equipment for my daughter to train has always been difficult. But she was more than happy with her new floral gloves and pads. decent selection of weight, she's currently at 10OZ. The quality is fantastic and the delivery came in time for Christmas even though I left it until the 20th. Since I have ordered some new Yoga matts which again are brilliant, even my Yogi teacher has commented on the quality of the matt.

Fast product replacement When my MMA Shinguards developed a tear in training, they quickly sent me a new pair because their warranty covers any equipment that becomes damaged of its own failure. They were kind and thorough!
