GBQUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

The team supported me quickly and easily with the return and exchange. They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store). Whenever there was a delay in the process, I was kept up to date by customer service and they also followed up when steps were delayed on my part. Highly recommended.
