I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. Great quality and very durable strong products I bought the kids professional MMA and boxing training bag with gloves and an additional purchase of wall bracket as a Christmas gift for my son who's MMA mad and been through more bags than imaginable, and I just say the quality of all products purchaded from RDX are of high quality and very durable. One month of outdoor use and it still looks brand new and not a bend in the bracket either. Made one little lad very happy at Christmas and closer to his goals. Will definitely be ordering from RDX again in the near future and going forward!
