Having used RDX gloves and shinguards regularly anyway for a number of years I knew the quality would be where I expected. I wasn't disappointed! Shipping was promt also! Appalling service Appalling service . Ordered an item for my partners birthday . Courier they used never delivered the item. I reached out to RDX who initially said they had arranged for courier to delivery to me the following day . Day came to an end and no delivery . I emailed RDX who then said the courier would not be delivering to me . Now no present for My partner . I’ve basically Waited in my flat all day for 3 days for no reason and RDX failed to deliver the goods.

I emailed RDX to explain what had happened and with a very fast response they had shipped an order of the same gloves within 2 days.
