Super fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!

I have very low standards for British… I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX.
