Super fast delivery Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!

Having used RDX gloves and shinguards regularly anyway for a number of years I knew the quality would be where I expected. I wasn't disappointed! Shipping was promt also! QUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.
