GBRDX L2 Mark Pro I purchased the RDX L2 Mark Pro Sparring gloves which unfortunately developed a disfigurement. I emailed RDX to explain what had happened and with a very fast response they had shipped an order of the same gloves within 2 days. GBQUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

When my parcel was lost in transit, customer service immediately took ownership of the problem, I was then kept informed of progress with daily emails, offered realistic choices, and this issue was swiftly resolved. This gives both confidence to recommend to others and to place further orders. Where after-sales service can be woefully lacking when things go wrong, it is refreshing to deal with a company whom clearly value their customers and go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
