Still setting everything up but no mitts so contacted customer service who sent these out the next day. Brilliant customer service - quick to deal with queries/issues, very helpful and efficient. This is now my go to company for fitness/boxing related equipment. Am already eyeing up a couple of other products that are currently out of stock but happy to wait until back in stock.

I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service.
