TTIncorrect Order Issue There was an initial error where i received an incorrect item in my order. I was able to get the necessary support from the RDX team to aid me in rectifying the problem. I was provided with the correct order without hassle. I truly appreciated the assistance.

GBQUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

GBFantastic experience with RDX Fantastic experience with RDX. Bought some gloves for my son. I had to email costumer service about an issue I recieved. They replied promptly and sorted the issue out without hesitation. Very kind and polite and professional. Thank you
