Fitness Superstore Rocks My equipment shipped as predicted and arrived on-time. It was well prepared for shipment and arrived without damage. The equipment itself works fine out of the box and looks new, with a few barely discernable exceptions. This particular machine is no longer available from LifeFitness, so this is a big win for me. I had major reservations making a purchase of this size sight unseen from a company so far away, but it's worked out perfectly. Fitness Superstore has fulfilled their promises with total professionalism. Kudos to the team.

Even with the current global supply chain issues, I was surprised at how quickly I received the equipment. The complete order showed up on time and I've since built and installed everything and now have a beautiful home gym. The communication and response from Fitness Superstore was great! Great Customer Service The team took care to explain options at the time of purchase and then to assure a smooth delivery asking for photos and stayed in good communication all the way through. The driver negotiated a remote access very well. The delivery team took great care in setting up the treadmill to make sure it was right. We could not tell it was a refurbished machine since it looks and operates like new.
