I ordered 3 Life Fitness machines… I ordered 3 different machines from the Fitness Super Store and there were some issues that arose as part of the delivery process. Tim the owner quickly got involved with my situation and bent over backwards getting things resolved. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made things right in the end. As the owner of a national company myself I truly appreciate good service and follow through. I can't wait to put this together in my… I can't wait to put this together in my new home and start using this. I cancel my gym membership because I did not like to keep driving place to place and now I can have all the time to do what I want to do and don't have to worry about using gym equipment at the gym and others saying iam using it and there not really using it. I have read some reviews on this and I hear it's the best.

Thank you, Fitness Superstore! Just received a refurb'd Octane XT-One. We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.

Peter offered his assistance and without being pushy, he gave us information of the different Cross Trainers and other equipment in the Shop. What a great machine! What a great machine. This gym does virtually anything you can do in an actual gym. The gym arrived on time, it was packaged well and it took me about 5 hours to fully assemble. I had a few scratches from assembly and the manufacturer shipped me free touch up paint without hesitation. Great service, great products, and great overall experience.
