We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.

I waited about a month to write this review to make sure all things with the machine were perfect. Indeed, the machine has worked beautifully. Smooth, reliable.
