Fitness Superstore Rocks My equipment shipped as predicted and arrived on-time. It was well prepared for shipment and arrived without damage. The equipment itself works fine out of the box and looks new, with a few barely discernable exceptions. This particular machine is no longer available from LifeFitness, so this is a big win for me. I had major reservations making a purchase of this size sight unseen from a company so far away, but it's worked out perfectly. Top notch customer service I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy! I've been recommending Fitness Superstore to everyone ever since.
