Outstanding customer service in Gloucester branch. I have just purchased a Cross Trainer in the Gloucester branch. As we walked into the store, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by Peter Dalton and his college. Peter offered his assistance and without being pushy, he gave us information of the different Cross Trainers and other equipment in the Shop. I found Peter to be extremely knowledgeable of all the the products in store and online. He gave us valuable information, very attentive, courteous and above all, most professional. Fitness Superstore Rocks My equipment shipped as predicted and arrived on-time. It was well prepared for shipment and arrived without damage. The equipment itself works fine out of the box and looks new, with a few barely discernable exceptions. This particular machine is no longer available from LifeFitness, so this is a big win for me. I had major reservations making a purchase of this size sight unseen from a company so far away, but it's worked out perfectly. Fitness Superstore has fulfilled their promises with total professionalism. Kudos to the team.

I found exactly what I was looking for (Body Solid G5S) along with the GIOT thigh attachment and a few other accessories. Even with the current global supply chain issues, I was surprised at how quickly I received the equipment. The complete order showed up on time and I've since built and installed everything and now have a beautiful home gym. The communication and response from Fitness Superstore was great! I'd recommend them.

Great Customer Service The team took care to explain options at the time of purchase and then to assure a smooth delivery asking for photos and stayed in good communication all the way through. The driver negotiated a remote access very well. The delivery team took great care in setting up the treadmill to make sure it was right. We could not tell it was a refurbished machine since it looks and operates like new.

Multiple people were available to help me through the process and they provided an install through a partner that was top notch. This is a company that obviously cares about their customers and reputation. I’ll use them again in the future when I need more equipment.
