I ordered 3 Life Fitness machines… I ordered 3 different machines from the Fitness Super Store and there were some issues that arose as part of the delivery process. Tim the owner quickly got involved with my situation and bent over backwards getting things resolved. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made things right in the end. As the owner of a national company myself I truly appreciate good service and follow through. I cancel my gym membership because I did not like to keep driving place to place and now I can have all the time to do what I want to do and don't have to worry about using gym equipment at the gym and others saying iam using it and there not really using it. Thank you, Fitness Superstore! Just received a refurb'd Octane XT-One. We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.

I waited about a month to write this review to make sure all things with the machine were perfect. Indeed, the machine has worked beautifully. Smooth, reliable. I used these machines at the gym, all the time. The one I got from Fitness Superstore is the smoothest one I have ever used.
