I am a 61 year old male and bought my… I am a 61 year old male and bought my Xootr in early summer 2018 so that I could more easily move around the many summer outdoor festivals that I produce. It performed perfectly! However, an issue developed with a connective part during my final festival of the season, but I was able to "jury rig" it and got through. Following the event, I reached out to Xootr who insisted that I return it to them (free shipping!) so that they could either repair or replace it. In less than 2 weeks, my original Xootr was returned, fixed and as good as new! Couldn't be happier with the item and with the treatment I received from customer service!

it's definitely the way I roll I love my Xootr. Got my first one in 2002 and have been riding ever since. I don't have a car and this is my main mode of transport, including the occasional 95lb load of groceries. I've tried other scooters and been disappointed. I just got a new Xootr because after close to a decade of nearly daily use on all kinds of urban surfaces my old one needs enough repairs to be honorably retired. The new model is even nicer now that there is no ergo pin to lose. Besides it being a fine piece of equipment, customer service is awesome.

Almost perfect, best in market today. to make it easy and quick: In my opinion, this is the best kick scooter in the market today for any age, but, in particular, for adults. Still, I'd like Xootr to add a little kickstand like the one that came standard with my other kick scooter from the closer competitor brand. That addition will make it almost perfect and I'll really appreciate it.

Most efficient urban transport available Ounce for ounce, Xootrs are the most efficient urban transport devices ever designed. And the customer service team, headed by Steve Kovalchik, is the best of any company in North America. I've been a customer for 18 years, bought many Xootrs, ride one every day, and will happily buy one again when necessary. Which will probably be a long time, because these well-built little machines are exceptionally durable.

Great customer service Hands down an excellent experience. I sent our Xootr in for repair (which it earned during rugged use on the streets of Brooklyn NY) and got it back in remarkably short time. Their communications were straight forward and efficient. Only the best things to say. Steve C.
