GBMost efficient urban transport available Ounce for ounce, Xootrs are the most efficient urban transport devices ever designed. And the customer service team, headed by Steve Kovalchik, is the best of any company in North America. I've been a customer for 18 years, bought many Xootrs, ride one every day, and will happily buy one again when necessary. Which will probably be a long time, because these well-built little machines are exceptionally durable.

GBit's definitely the way I roll I love my Xootr. Got my first one in 2002 and have been riding ever since. I don't have a car and this is my main mode of transport, including the occasional 95lb load of groceries. I've tried other scooters and been disappointed. I just got a new Xootr because after close to a decade of nearly daily use on all kinds of urban surfaces my old one needs enough repairs to be honorably retired. The new model is even nicer now that there is no ergo pin to lose. Besides it being a fine piece of equipment, customer service is awesome.

GBI've been using a Xooter for 15 years I've been using a Xooter for 15 years, running it hard daily in New York City. I pile my groceries on the handlebars, and it carries a kid in front and a cello on my back. It is the best scooter you can get. Brakes begin to wear eventually, but that's normal wear & tear to be expected. Get the foot brake-fender as a back up. Highly recommended. Beats out all the competition.

GBLost a leg but found the dream scooter Lost a leg but found the dream scooter! I’m an amputee and I use my Xootr traveling 2.5 mile to and 2.5 miles from school every weekend in NYC in lower Manhattan going to @instatute of culinary education NY. No streets are worse than NYC but the Xootr delivers a smooth ride regardless of the road conditions. I’d buy a Xootr again and again but you don’t have to you buy it once and and you’ve got reliable transportation for miles to come. Xootr made this amputees dream of going culinary school a reality! Thanks Team Xootr

GBVery disappointed The Xootr rides beautifully, but I've had sooooo many problems maintaining it. Parts get loose very often (it's only 1 year old). The folding mechanism "QuickClick" button became super hard to operate after a couple of months - it's very hard to fold and unfold. Also the lever to adjust the height keeps needing to be adjusted all the time. For a $250 Xootr, I feel this is really bad value for money. I would not recommend it or buy it again, which is unfortunate becase when it works fine, it does ride great.
