GBXootr scooter is amazingly wonderful Xootr scooter is amazingly wonderful. I started my scooter riding on my godsons Razor scooters. They had a few, so there was usually one available for me. It was fun to ride but, a toy. Discovered the Xootr and wow; the ball-bearings are finely machined, making for a fast smooth ride, and wheels have adequate diameter for safely zipping along. After several years, I replaced the wheels, rear and front brakes, and the grips. The scooter has been across most of New York City bridges: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, 59th St, Macombs Dam bridge, Kosciuszko, and more. My Xootr must have 5000 miles, or more.

GBGreat customer service Hands down an excellent experience. I sent our Xootr in for repair (which it earned during rugged use on the streets of Brooklyn NY) and got it back in remarkably short time. Their communications were straight forward and efficient. Only the best things to say. Steve C.

GBI LOVE MY XOOTR The Xootr MG was my first adult kickscooter. I also own a Micro Suspension kickscooter. While the Micro is well built, it is a bit heavier. I favor the Xootr because it's lighter and is a bit faster. I'll say, truthfully, that I grew tired of the wide, noisy magnesium deck. So I fashioned my own lighter, narrower and quieter deck made from a birch ply used for making residential kitchen cabinets. This took my xootr to a new level and I find it even more enjoyable to ride. I'm 69 and I dig riding a kickscooter.

GBVery disappointed The Xootr rides beautifully, but I've had sooooo many problems maintaining it. Parts get loose very often (it's only 1 year old). The folding mechanism "QuickClick" button became super hard to operate after a couple of months - it's very hard to fold and unfold. Also the lever to adjust the height keeps needing to be adjusted all the time. For a $250 Xootr, I feel this is really bad value for money. I would not recommend it or buy it again, which is unfortunate becase when it works fine, it does ride great.
