GBGreat customer service The treadmill walking belt I ordered last year started to break in about sixth month. I contacted treadmill doctor by email with photos. Jojie, the customer service representative, helped me resolve the problem promptly. I received a replacement belt in a few days. Although I have to replace the belt again, I’m happy for the service. Here is what I really think about Treadmilldoctor.com: I gave them my serial number. They told me what belt I needed. I got it in about 2 days. Great service. GBFantastic Company I needed to replace the belt on my treadmill and found the website via Google. The website was easy to navigate and took me directly to the belt I needed. There are two options of belts to get, and luckily there are descriptions of both, making it very easy to select which one I needed. GBTreadmill keypad replacement Our treadmill had been left behind by the previous owners of the house we bought. We used the treadmill regularly for about 2 1/2 years. It stopped responding to presses on the control panel keys. I sent an email to Treadmill Doctor describing the problem. They responded within a day, sending information about the keypad replacement they said should work for my treadmill. I purchased the keypad and it arrived quickly. Following included instructions, I replaced the keypad in about 30 minutes and the treadmill has been working fine.
