Steve was extremely responsive. He answered all my questions, gave me a link for the parts and said, yes, the average homeowner with common tools could do the job. All this happened in one business day. Outstanding customer support and much appreciated.

Great service and technical Expertise I had great service and technical support to replace a control board in an old treadmill. From the first phone call, I spoke directly to a competent technician who helped me order the correct part. It was easy to replace with their instructions, and it was nice to be able to call and speak to a technician that knew what they were talking about -- not just reading helps from a screen. I received the part quickly and my machine was up and running in no time. Much less expense than buying a new treadmill, and less waste in the junk yard!

Paging Doctor Treadmill… Did not plan on ever having to replace the walking tread on my Proform 600i, but, surprise surprise, one day I discovered it was shredded and had folded in half?! Off to the internet search we go and low and behold, Treadmill Doctor comes through in the clutch with the exact replacement, quick delivery time and some extra screws included for the transplant. Treadmill keypad replacement Our treadmill had been left behind by the previous owners of the house we bought. We used the treadmill regularly for about 2 1/2 years. It stopped responding to presses on the control panel keys. I sent an email to Treadmill Doctor describing the problem. They responded within a day, sending information about the keypad replacement they said should work for my treadmill. I purchased the keypad and it arrived quickly. Following included instructions, I replaced the keypad in about 30 minutes and the treadmill has been working fine.
