GBGreat customer service The treadmill walking belt I ordered last year started to break in about sixth month. I contacted treadmill doctor by email with photos. Jojie, the customer service representative, helped me resolve the problem promptly. I received a replacement belt in a few days. Although I have to replace the belt again, I’m happy for the service. Thank you, Jojie!

GBA mouse destroyed old controler board A mouse got into my treamill, and actually chewed off one of the resistors, from my old motor controller board. This new one has the updated micro electronic components, and doesn't get hot like the old one did. Maybe, having the old board destroyed was a good thing. The new board works much better than the old one, and was worth the price.

GBwrong part after 6 months! order a part and received a wrong part after 6 month. these guys are not responsible for their mistake. Oh yeah, they gave me a refund 40 days after I sent the part back and a bunch of follow up emails, and they didn't provide a shipping label or take care of the return fees while it was not my mistake, although they tried to convince me I ordered a wrong part!
