GBI am trying to contact this company… I am trying to contact this company about a defective item I received. This was a gift that the recipient did not open until 2 days after Christmas. Deeply imbedded in the site is a disclaimer that you must start a return within 48!hours- this was not possible, yet there is no one to talk with, just a chat box that keeps giving the same useless information. Buyer beware!

GBTop notch help Unfortunately I received a football display case that had been damaged. I got in touch with Cristin and she explained what steps I needed to take to get a replacement. Cristin was extremely easy to work with and totally solved the problem. I will buy from Sports Memorabilia again and she is definitely one of the reasons why!!

GBCristin rocks Cristin rocks! She actually listened to the customer unlike most merchants. She helped me get my package replaced quickly since it was delivered to the wrong address and even had UPS call me to be sure I received the replacement package. Above and beyond service.
