Shipping was fine, product incomplete Shipping was fine. DEDA jet 1 clipon bars arrived but without pad stickers, assume this is a Deda problem. Reported to starbike, with acknowledgement but no solution. I will buy velcro tape. Not critical but hassel for an expensive product.

Excellent Customer service - I have been looking for Ozone Elite… I have been looking for Ozone Elite products (waterproof warm-up emulsion) and unable to find it in the United States. I used a S. Korean supplier and it took over 2 months to receive the product with limited customer service. HOWEVER, Starbike was very professional, and kept me in the loop with Emails when the order was placed, processed, and shipped! I received the product in just a few weeks from Germany. Very pleased.
