Having Serious issues with this company… Having Serious issues with this company firstly in communications have sent them 5 emails no reply to any , no tracker details no purchase details . I am a member of Cycling UK and if I hear nothing in next 48hrs I will be posting my thoughts on our website !

Very happy I had a wheel built and send to the UK from Germany. The customer service team reached out to me before building the wheel to make sure everything was ok, and the wheel arrived very quickly and in great condition. I really appreciate this kind of service, keep up the good work

Starbike new to me but performed well. I ordered from Germany to UK and I'm very satisfied with the service. 'Saw favourable Trustpilot comments on this retailer. Communications were effective and in very clear English. Despatch inevitably not overnight but conducted well by German and UK carriers- a longer distance after all. Some delay and charge with VAT at UK end but next day delivery once paid. The product price was good and once UK VAT was paid was still competitive. Packaging and product condition fine. 'Got wheels that are hard to find in UK- comparable price. All good.
