Great Customer Service! This was my first purchase with them--a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I realized I hadn't gotten tracking info and was a little nervous. I reached out to them and got a quick reply back from a real person. They apologized and provided me with an update on the jacket and even checked back to make sure everything was okay. That kind of customer TLC is invaluable.

I knew shipping time might be longer than normal since I expected the shoes to be shipped from the UK to the US, but they arrived in about 10 days or so. Happy camper here.

A customer for life This is by far the best company ever Just the amount of time they put into reaching out to there customers is amazing I live in the us and the time difference is drastic but the are definitely on top of there game and I did send a few emails ok well I might of sent like 10 to 15 and all so Instagram messages and ever single messages was not only answered but in a verry timely matter i highly recommend them for not only your scooter need but anything else for that matter.
