Slow delivery Item delivered one week later than promised and we had to contact the vendor for status instead of them contacting us to let us know the circumstances. After our initiated contact they did step up and followed through with the process and making sure everything was good.

I reached out to them and got a quick reply back from a real person. They apologized and provided me with an update on the jacket and even checked back to make sure everything was okay. BAD COMPANY Hi everyone. first thing I would like to say is, if you can find the product your looking at some place else, do so. do not order anything from this company. If you have a problem, they will not respond to you. if you try and get a hold of them, you want be able to. there is no phone number to reach that works. they have a fake number that will not work. they tell you some one will be in touch but there never is. product could take two to four months before you receive it and that's if you receive it at all. have already talked to some manufacturing companies to pull there product from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
