I had a few questions abought a couple … I had a few questions abought a couple pairs of boots as to how they were built (protection inserts, water proof, warranty) Dominic was my salesman if he did not know the answer called the mfg and got the strait answer, no BS, no high pressure sales, boots arrived two days early. DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT

BAD COMPANY Hi everyone. first thing I would like to say is, if you can find the product your looking at some place else, do so. do not order anything from this company. If you have a problem, they will not respond to you. if you try and get a hold of them, you want be able to. there is no phone number to reach that works. they have a fake number that will not work. they tell you some one will be in touch but there never is. product could take two to four months before you receive it and that's if you receive it at all. have already talked to some manufacturing companies to pull there product from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company has been awesome This company has been awesome . I made my purchse and had questions and a real person emailed me immediately responded when I emailed . My package got mishandled from my local post office . No fault of freestyle extrem but they made it right anyways overnighted the purchase and kept me in touch until I got my gift . Thank you

Fantastic company, even for US orders! I was skeptical about ordering something from the UK. Unsure of whether it would be shipped quickly or if it would be packaged well enough for overseas transport. My fears were put to rest when I got a shipping notification within a couple of days of payment. Having to travel 3500+ miles, I was surprised to get my helmet in a week. Bristol UK to Cincinnati Ohio. Very impressed with the shipping, as well as the company communication. Wouldn't hesitate to order again, and if I'm ever across the pond I'll be sure to stop in and check the place out!

Great Company There was a shipping issue. I did not receive my package until 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. However customer service was very helpful after I contacted them. They were able to locate my package and get it on it's way again. I will definitely shop here again. The product I purchased was half the price I saw anywhere else.
