My package got mishandled from my local post office . No fault of freestyle extrem but they made it right anyways overnighted the purchase and kept me in touch until I got my gift . Thank you

Great Customer Service! This was my first purchase with them--a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I realized I hadn't gotten tracking info and was a little nervous. I reached out to them and got a quick reply back from a real person. They apologized and provided me with an update on the jacket and even checked back to make sure everything was okay. That kind of customer TLC is invaluable.

BAD COMPANY Hi everyone. first thing I would like to say is, if you can find the product your looking at some place else, do so. do not order anything from this company. If you have a problem, they will not respond to you. if you try and get a hold of them, you want be able to. there is no phone number to reach that works. they have a fake number that will not work. they tell you some one will be in touch but there never is. product could take two to four months before you receive it and that's if you receive it at all. have already talked to some manufacturing companies to pull there product from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

My daughter wanted a specific backpack… My daughter wanted a specific backpack and this was the only place I could find it. I had reservations about ordering from outside of my home country because I've never heard of this store. But it turned out perfectly. Great communication, on point tracking, and lots of goodies in the box! I would totally order again.

I had a few questions abought a couple … I had a few questions abought a couple pairs of boots as to how they were built (protection inserts, water proof, warranty) Dominic was my salesman if he did not know the answer called the mfg and got the strait answer, no BS, no high pressure sales, boots arrived two days early. DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT
