A customer for life This is by far the best company ever Just the amount of time they put into reaching out to there customers is amazing I live in the us and the time difference is drastic but the are definitely on top of there game and I did send a few emails ok well I might of sent like 10 to 15 and all so Instagram messages and ever single messages was not only answered but in a verry timely matter i highly recommend them for not only your scooter need but anything else for that matter. Just one more thing and this is to you guys at freestyle extreme you guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!

Great Company There was a shipping issue. I did not receive my package until 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. However customer service was very helpful after I contacted them. They were able to locate my package and get it on it's way again. I will definitely shop here again. The product I purchased was half the price I saw anywhere else.

This company has been awesome This company has been awesome . I made my purchse and had questions and a real person emailed me immediately responded when I emailed . My package got mishandled from my local post office . No fault of freestyle extrem but they made it right anyways overnighted the purchase and kept me in touch until I got my gift . Thank you

My daughter wanted a specific backpack… My daughter wanted a specific backpack and this was the only place I could find it. I had reservations about ordering from outside of my home country because I've never heard of this store. But it turned out perfectly. Great communication, on point tracking, and lots of goodies in the box! I would totally order again.
