Nice to know people still care about their customers! Ordering online is a crapshoot. You can save a lot of money but chances are you'll never be able to speak to a real person and if you have a problem good luck with that. Muscle Ropes is the real deal, I highly recommend them and their products. I wasn't sure which rope I needed and the person I spoke to talked to me for 10 minutes helping me decide on the right one and then told me I could return it no questions asked if it wasn't the right one. Do yourselves a favor and get your rope from these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service I had an excellent experience with muscles ropes.. The item I ordered was not what I wanted when I opened the box. I called muscle ropes and informed the gentlemen that answered. He asked what exactly I wanted and what I was using it for. He immediately resolved my problem by issuing a refund and redoing my order and sending it asap to me. A1 customer service , shipping and product I kept in constant contact with a rep named Ken. There was a USPS tracking issue but not muscle ropes fault. Came quicker than expected. The upgraded the shipping for free because product was back ordered. Got my product and it's kicking my butt. Lol
