New to ropes! They're tough but love them! Builds endurance, strength and tone. Now need to buy the jump rope!

Excellent service and products Customer service was outstanding! There was a mix-up in shipping costs, but they owned and ate the cost difference (which was significant). Lightning Muscle Rope I have been looking for a lighter Muscle Rope for the women I train. The Lightning rope is a perfect addition to my training. I do wish it was a bit heavier, but overall it works perfectly. I will look at Muscle Rope again when I am ready to order again.
