Excellent, dependable service I placed the order over the phone because of delivery issues (as I live in a rural area not serviced by USPS and not very well serviced by UPS). Love Muscle ropes, its an excellent company! However, I would like to add an opinion to the heavy indoor jump rope I received yesterday. I couldn't wait to start training with my new jump rope, I am trying the 10,000 reps in the month of December challenge. Its a great workout but the rope needs swiveled handles! The heavy rope is hard enough without trying to keep readjusting my grip to keep the rope from tangling. Can you help? Thanks!

Excellent service and products Customer service was outstanding! There was a mix-up in shipping costs, but they owned and ate the cost difference (which was significant). Shipped almost immediately (some online companies take forever to fill orders) The rope I purchased is exactly what I was after and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Average Customer Service Took 11 days to respond to emailed question; I almost forgot I emailed them about a troubleshooting issue I had downloading their product, which I was able to figure out by myself after the fact.
