A1 customer service , shipping and product I kept in constant contact with a rep named Ken. There was a USPS tracking issue but not muscle ropes fault. Came quicker than expected. The upgraded the shipping for free because product was back ordered. Got my product and it's kicking my butt. Lol

Best product ever!! Muscle Ropes quality is light years ahead of its competitors. My opinion is that battle ropes are essential to own for that person wanting to maximize their success

How much did those cost? Because they look - feel - and are HEAVY - best of all when I opwned my box I knew they were put together with great desire to deliver the best product and last. Delivery from West coast - East coast - 1 week (great service). I will be ordering the 2 inch jump rope and outdoor 2 inch monster rope (my new name for muscle rope)
