A1 customer service , shipping and product I kept in constant contact with a rep named Ken. There was a USPS tracking issue but not muscle ropes fault. Came quicker than expected. The upgraded the shipping for free because product was back ordered. Got my product and it's kicking my butt. Lol

How much did those cost? Because they look - feel - and are HEAVY - best of all when I opwned my box I knew they were put together with great desire to deliver the best product and last. Simply Outstanding I've had the perfect experience with muscle ropes and there's not one thing I have an issue with. The product is absolutely amazing!
