Excellent service and products Customer service was outstanding! There was a mix-up in shipping costs, but they owned and ate the cost difference (which was significant). Shipped almost immediately (some online companies take forever to fill orders) The rope I purchased is exactly what I was after and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Simply Outstanding I've had the perfect experience with muscle ropes and there's not one thing I have an issue with. The product is absolutely amazing! Great Customer Service. I absolutely love this rope, ideal for women, and men alike.. Being as I am a mature woman, I have no problem using this rope. The color is amazing and the handles are perfect for handling whilst using it. One thing that stood out for me, I ordered the rope via telephone and the young man who took my order was so helpful, explaining and answering all questions I asked him. in such a way I felt like I was talking to a friend. .Nice trait to have.
