GBAverage Customer Service Took 11 days to respond to emailed question; I almost forgot I emailed them about a troubleshooting issue I had downloading their product, which I was able to figure out by myself after the fact.

GBBigger Rope is Better! Overall I am pleased with both of the Ropes we ordered. We have the 40ft Lightning 1.5" Rope & the 30ft Black Cyclone 2" Rope. The Cyclone is awesome--very sturdy, and a challenge to move around. The Lightning rope is ok. It is a great size & length for beginner participants, but it is already starting to fray in the middle where we anchor it. The ropes are used inside for fitness classes, and have added a great new challenge for participants.

GBExcellent, dependable service I placed the order over the phone because of delivery issues (as I live in a rural area not serviced by USPS and not very well serviced by UPS). The person to whom I spoke was very courteous and fast. I received the rope on time and have enjoyed using it. I would recommend this company for its customer service and excellent merchandise.

GBNice to know people still care about their customers! Ordering online is a crapshoot. You can save a lot of money but chances are you'll never be able to speak to a real person and if you have a problem good luck with that. Muscle Ropes is the real deal, I highly recommend them and their products. I wasn't sure which rope I needed and the person I spoke to talked to me for 10 minutes helping me decide on the right one and then told me I could return it no questions asked if it wasn't the right one. Do yourselves a favor and get your rope from these guys, you won't be disappointed.

GBI thought I had seen it all. I love hard and exciting workouts. I jump-rope all the time and when I saw Muscle Rope's giant jump rope challenge I immediately wanted to try it. I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but the giant jump rope is great. It is a substantial workout by itself. It takes some getting used to, and the rope takes a few days to loosen up (it's a little stiff when you receive it), but it's worth it. Definitely going to be part of my workouts from now on.
