Simply Outstanding I've had the perfect experience with muscle ropes and there's not one thing I have an issue with. The product is absolutely amazing! You can shape your workouts to any routine on any given day to keep you motivated and enthused. For convenience, if you have the space in your home, then you can do your routine there. If not, you don't have to go far to setup. Any place with enough room will do. A local playground, basketball court, even a nearby parking lot. I'm not a follow the leader type of person, but now I understand the popularity of battling ropes.
