Lightning Muscle Rope I have been looking for a lighter Muscle Rope for the women I train. The Lightning rope is a perfect addition to my training. I do wish it was a bit heavier, but overall it works perfectly. I will look at Muscle Rope again when I am ready to order again.

If not, you don't have to go far to setup. Any place with enough room will do. A local playground, basketball court, even a nearby parking lot. I'm not a follow the leader type of person, but now I understand the popularity of battling ropes.
