Lightning Muscle Rope I have been looking for a lighter Muscle Rope for the women I train. The Lightning rope is a perfect addition to my training. I do wish it was a bit heavier, but overall it works perfectly. I will look at Muscle Rope again when I am ready to order again.

New to ropes! They're tough but love them! Builds endurance, strength and tone. Now need to buy the jump rope!

Excellent service and products Customer service was outstanding! There was a mix-up in shipping costs, but they owned and ate the cost difference (which was significant). Excellent service I had an excellent experience with muscles ropes.. The item I ordered was not what I wanted when I opened the box. I called muscle ropes and informed the gentlemen that answered. He asked what exactly I wanted and what I was using it for. He immediately resolved my problem by issuing a refund and redoing my order and sending it asap to me. A1 customer service , shipping and product I kept in constant contact with a rep named Ken. There was a USPS tracking issue but not muscle ropes fault. Came quicker than expected. The upgraded the shipping for free because product was back ordered. Got my product and it's kicking my butt. Lol
