New to ropes! They're tough but love them! Builds endurance, strength and tone. Now need to buy the jump rope!

He asked what exactly I wanted and what I was using it for. He immediately resolved my problem by issuing a refund and redoing my order and sending it asap to me. Great Customer Service. I absolutely love this rope, ideal for women, and men alike.. Being as I am a mature woman, I have no problem using this rope. The color is amazing and the handles are perfect for handling whilst using it. One thing that stood out for me, I ordered the rope via telephone and the young man who took my order was so helpful, explaining and answering all questions I asked him. in such a way I felt like I was talking to a friend. .Nice trait to have.
