Average Customer Service Took 11 days to respond to emailed question; I almost forgot I emailed them about a troubleshooting issue I had downloading their product, which I was able to figure out by myself after the fact.

Excellent service I had an excellent experience with muscles ropes.. The item I ordered was not what I wanted when I opened the box. I called muscle ropes and informed the gentlemen that answered. He asked what exactly I wanted and what I was using it for. He immediately resolved my problem by issuing a refund and redoing my order and sending it asap to me. Excellent, dependable service I placed the order over the phone because of delivery issues (as I live in a rural area not serviced by USPS and not very well serviced by UPS). I thought I had seen it all. I love hard and exciting workouts. I jump-rope all the time and when I saw Muscle Rope's giant jump rope challenge I immediately wanted to try it. I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but the giant jump rope is great. It is a substantial workout by itself. It takes some getting used to, and the rope takes a few days to loosen up (it's a little stiff when you receive it), but it's worth it. Definitely going to be part of my workouts from now on.
