How much did those cost? Because they look - feel - and are HEAVY - best of all when I opwned my box I knew they were put together with great desire to deliver the best product and last. Great Customer Service. I absolutely love this rope, ideal for women, and men alike.. Being as I am a mature woman, I have no problem using this rope. The color is amazing and the handles are perfect for handling whilst using it. One thing that stood out for me, I ordered the rope via telephone and the young man who took my order was so helpful, explaining and answering all questions I asked him. in such a way I felt like I was talking to a friend. .Nice trait to have. Average Customer Service Took 11 days to respond to emailed question; I almost forgot I emailed them about a troubleshooting issue I had downloading their product, which I was able to figure out by myself after the fact.
