Contacted customer service and they immediately offered to return and replace the scope. Even sent a prepaid return label. Customer service has become a sore point with many buyers and this kind of service is a pleasure to see.

It's a bargain for sure because if I was to buy them all separately I'd have paid nearly double what the club has cost me.
