Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!… I initially bought one of the Automatic Knives (Switch Blade) and only planned on buying one. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the knife, I went back and bought the larger Black Widow, and another smaller knife, both automatic. When I received them I had a concern with one and had to contact customer service and they replied quickly and orovided a link to a video that resolved my problem! Will I deal with them again?!?! The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!!!

NOT WHAT I WAS ORDERING Edit: They responded quickly and were apologetic to the situation. They stopped the order and refunded the charges. I went and authorized $8.95 x2 for shipping of 2 free knives. When I submitted the payment, the 2 knives were not there but instead 2 other knives for $49 and $47 along with the $4.95 protection, which I declined. I sent an email to cancel this order since it was incorrect but no response. I will be contacting my bank to file this as unauthorized.
