I was given the opportunity to view a video and watch a link which was on my email as a response to a solution to my problem and yes my problem was instantly resolved. NOT WHAT I WAS ORDERING Edit: They responded quickly and were apologetic to the situation. They stopped the order and refunded the charges. I went and authorized $8.95 x2 for shipping of 2 free knives. When I submitted the payment, the 2 knives were not there but instead 2 other knives for $49 and $47 along with the $4.95 protection, which I declined. I sent an email to cancel this order since it was incorrect but no response. I will be contacting my bank to file this as unauthorized.
