Contacted customer service and they immediately offered to return and replace the scope. Even sent a prepaid return label. Customer service has become a sore point with many buyers and this kind of service is a pleasure to see.

GBGunner Gear customer support are awesome!!! I recently made purchase on the Gunner Gear website, the next day I saw the same item on ebay that was considerably priced lower. I emailed Wintney at Gunner Gear customer support with the info I got on ebay. Witney told me to just return my items for a full refund if that was what I chose to do. It was to be a what I consider a decent savings for this item. Anyway I'm taking her up on her offer to return my purchase. What a refreshing experience to receive customer support at this level.
