Stun gun email help I want to let anyone know Gunner Gear is LEGIT ! Ordered a stun gun, got it in a timely manner. Took out of box and charged it overnight. Next day tried to work it but it didn't work. Contacted GG thru email about the problem and within 5 min received an email telling me how to fix it and a video showing me how. I've had an awesome experience with GG. Thanks !!!

I was not getting my product to work I was not getting my product to work. I sent an email to the gunner support team and within a few hours I was notified. I was given the opportunity to view a video and watch a link which was on my email as a response to a solution to my problem and yes my problem was instantly resolved. I will buy and recommend products from this company. Very reliable and I didn't have to wait days or hours for a response. Thank you Gunner Gear!

Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!… I initially bought one of the Automatic Knives (Switch Blade) and only planned on buying one. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the knife, I went back and bought the larger Black Widow, and another smaller knife, both automatic. When I received them I had a concern with one and had to contact customer service and they replied quickly and orovided a link to a video that resolved my problem! Will I deal with them again?!?! The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!!!
