I love the Selkirk Invikta Vsnguard midweight… I bought the Selkirk Invikta Vanguard midweight pickleball paddle, and it was shipped to me immediately and was in perfect condition. I appreciate the courteous treatment I received from the nice lady at Pickleball Central. This is my second purchase from Pickleball Central, and I have been very pleased with my experience both times. The Invikta paddle is awesome, and because of how well it hits, three of my friends decided to buy this same paddle. No customer service or call backs After calling twice and leaving messages, all I was able to get through to was an answering service. They do not return calls and appear to not be a legitimate seller. I will be taking our community's pickle ball business elsewhere.

Poor Packaging for a Paddle My new pickleball paddle was delivered in a thin plastic bag. No padding. I like my paddle so far, but I wonder what type of stress it had to endure during shipping. It is very disappointing that Pickleball Central can't show more respect for their products than throwing them into a thin plastic bag and calling it good.

Great service I bought a racket and had several instances of defects with the product. Each time I called, I got quick response and they immediately sent out a replacement and a return label. Each time I got the new racket in 1-3 days which was excellent. All the people were friendly and knowledgeable.
