I ordered a Paddletek paddle I ordered a Paddletek paddle. It was delivered in good condition in the time it was stated at purchase. Included was a paper with the actual weight of the paddle. I had no need to call customer service so I can't comment on that. I have recommended Pickleball Central to others.

Just recently started learning how to… Just recently started learning how to play Pickelball with my husband. We enjoy it immensely, but bought a 2 pack of paddles from Dick’s and they are super heavy and I didn’t like mine at all! So extremely happy I found Pickleball Central and I purchased a new graphite paddle (WAY LIGHTER) and a paddle sling bag. Which I am so very pleased with both items!! The bag can hold 4 paddles, 5 balls and even my portable speaker!! Thank you Pickelball Central 🙌

Poor Packaging for a Paddle My new pickleball paddle was delivered in a thin plastic bag. No padding. I like my paddle so far, but I wonder what type of stress it had to endure during shipping. It is very disappointing that Pickleball Central can't show more respect for their products than throwing them into a thin plastic bag and calling it good.
