GBoverall good with a few issues The staff is sometimes dismissive particularly the younger employees When I was introduced to the facility I was shown around however nothing was explained in depth or demonstrated, specific examples the hydro massage and the tanning booths. The "goal" consultation with a personal trainer and supervisor was good however there were no "leave behinds" such as work out suggests or bench marks that were discussed. Other than those comments its been a good experience

GBSolid larger gym experience Easy going great place to work out. Even when there are a lot of bodies in the gym, it's easy to get to weights and equipment. I wish this (Latham) branch offered all of the available amenities that some other branches have and also would like to see another water fountain or bottle fill station somewhere on the floor

GBMy only dislike in the 2 weeks I've… My only dislike in the 2 weeks I've been a member is that upgrading isn't cost effective. I understand that the $9.99 per month is a contract, but I'm willing to pay the additional $20 a month to go to the next level. I'd even be willing to sign a 3 or 6 month, even a one year contract to join at he level, but they only offer month to month. So , in essence, I;d lose my $99.99 sign up fee and still have to pay the extra $20 a month. Guess I'll be staying at level 1.
