Amazing!! From day one, my experience at Vent was nothing but positive all around. Front desk staff, trainers and even members have been so outgoing and friendly. I just tried a small class size, and there was definitely a learning curve. I was not made to feel like an outsider or inconvenience for not knowing the steps. Both aember and a trainer went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for this chance to reinvent myself.

This the best Health Club group I’ve… This the best Health Club group I’ve experienced in the 8 years living here in Albany NY. Greatest value of services, I enrolled in the top price membership, $58.00 per month & it’s worth twice that. I have work in the Health Club industry for over 25 years, from Texas to NY, for a National company, training staff, members & hiring staff for health clubs like Vent. I use the Gilderland Club. Thanks goes to the Top down to the entry level staff. I use the Personal Training team weekly, swimming, whirlpool, saunas, steam room, free weights, cardio vascular area, massage lounge, juice bar & buy from the pro shop, All very good, your fellow member. Everything rocks...except the new Vent app I generally enjoy my membership at Vent. I love the vibe and all the amenities you get with the $30 Level 2. My PT, Ian, is a fantastic trainer. He's supportive, motivating, and truly invested in your general health and wellbeing. My only gripe is the new Vent app. You used to get points to spend on shakes or merch, or even training sessions on the old app. It connected to my Fitbit and tracked workouts in the app, and you could record workouts on cardio equipment at the gym. The new app does not connect to any devices besides the Vent heart monitor that you have to buy and wear every time you workout to track progress and get points. It's the horrible kind that you have to strap across your chest and is terribly uncomfortable when you are doing floor exercises. It's disappointing to be forced to be uncomfortable in order to track your fitness progress. I really hope Vent app developers hear this from more than just one member and consider adding the option to connect other devices, as the old app allowed. If they did that, I'd be 100% happy with Vent.

Good gym Good gym, nice equipment. Dislike all of the News, streaming all the time. Having all of that constant negative news glaring at me while trying to workout really kills my motivation. Asked them if they could put anything else on and they said,” no that it’s always been that way.” Bummer
