Great Gym Great location. Plenty of parking. Great knowledgeable staff. Some patrons are lazy and don’t wipe their machines down after use and as much as the staff tries to keep up it’s hard. Other than lazy patrons I love this gym!

Great place! I am really happy with vent. As a busy mom, they have everything I need to get in and out. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they allowed their level 1 members to participate in their other services (for higher level members) on an ala carte basis. But otherwise, clean, plenty of machines, well maintained, and great technology choices with their cardio equipment.

overall good with a few issues The staff is sometimes dismissive particularly the younger employees When I was introduced to the facility I was shown around however nothing was explained in depth or demonstrated, specific examples the hydro massage and the tanning booths. The "goal" consultation with a personal trainer and supervisor was good however there were no "leave behinds" such as work out suggests or bench marks that were discussed. Other than those comments its been a good experience

First time gym'er, couldn't be happier Terrific facility with no waiting for any machine ever. Clean, pleasant, airy. Affordable basics, but the extras - like training - are WORTH the price. Working with a trainer has allowed me to get SO much more out of my workouts. I was hesitant about joining a gym, now I look forward to going as often as I can.

THE BEST FITNESS EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been to several gyms/fitness centers over the years. Vent Fitness is by far, the absolute best! I joined the Guilderland center because there's a pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and oxygen bar. They have dozens of great classes to choose from too. The staff are all wonderful, and the place is kept immaculate!
