NLReally bad customer experience Really bad customer experience. Emailing with the support team regarding a poolcue with extensions and shipment to the Netherlands. All good so far. Placed my order, got an order confirmation, then a shipment conversation and all of a sudden a cancelation of the order as they can't ship to the Netherlands???? Waited for my money for days. Never going to order there again.

GBThey sell fake stuff !!! They sell fake stuff !!! I purchased Volturi cue case for $560.00. It's advertised on website as a genuine elephant leather and i called them before i payed and had a confirmation on that it's genuine leather and it's pure Volturi product. But it's made from artificial leather. Volturi is a company that make hand made cue cases from genuine leather and i've seen their products, all of them are made from genuine leather. The case they sent me is a fake, not Volturi made for sure. Besides that case was damaged. Don't trust them !!!

GBSaving a classic On several occasions Seybert's employees have gone out of their way to do it better. One example was I have a limited edition Predator that was damaged by an accident that snapped off the end of the cue. Repair was done by Seybert staff, so we salvage an old classic. That is just one example of the fine service they have, not to mention products.
