GBI bought a road line predator from… I bought a road line predator from Seyberts a year and a half ago. It Had a loose sound in it. Gunner the sales rep walked me through the warranty process. I contacted predator and they couldn't fix it so they said they would replace it. However they didn't have my cue and the only option was a different model which I didn't prefer. I called Gunner back he told me to take the model they offered me and he got approval from Rick and got me an upgraded cue from my original cue. How's that customer service ! 👍

GBSaving a classic On several occasions Seybert's employees have gone out of their way to do it better. One example was I have a limited edition Predator that was damaged by an accident that snapped off the end of the cue. Repair was done by Seybert staff, so we salvage an old classic. That is just one example of the fine service they have, not to mention products.

GBGood prices, fast shipping, great service! Was easy to shop & checkout with prices that were competitive and often lower than anywhere else. Their shipping was extremely fast & very well packaged (UPS could’ve thrown it off the truck in a lake after running over it and it would’ve been good). Very happy with my purchases and look forward to shopping there again.

GBLack of Inventory Seybert's is a really good store for all billiards gear, but they are literally always out of stock all year round. Once they get a few que's in, they are gone within days. I wish they would just order tons more of what actually sells. Just makes no sense to me.

NLReally bad customer experience Really bad customer experience. Emailing with the support team regarding a poolcue with extensions and shipment to the Netherlands. All good so far. Placed my order, got an order confirmation, then a shipment conversation and all of a sudden a cancelation of the order as they can't ship to the Netherlands???? Waited for my money for days. Never going to order there again.
