Their shipping was extremely fast & very well packaged (UPS could’ve thrown it off the truck in a lake after running over it and it would’ve been good). Saving a classic On several occasions Seybert's employees have gone out of their way to do it better. One example was I have a limited edition Predator that was damaged by an accident that snapped off the end of the cue. Repair was done by Seybert staff, so we salvage an old classic. That is just one example of the fine service they have, not to mention products.

I have ordered multiple times from… I have ordered multiple times from Seybert's and never a problem. Billing is accurate and informative. Product is delivered quickly, and is well packed to prevent damage. All and all an excellent transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended

Lack of Inventory Seybert's is a really good store for all billiards gear, but they are literally always out of stock all year round. Once they get a few que's in, they are gone within days. I wish they would just order tons more of what actually sells. Just makes no sense to me.
