They have a points rewards program for repeat customers. I would have given them 6 starts if I could AAAA++++

Good & Bad I seem to recall some excellent service when I ordered something that didn't turn out to be what I was looking for. Chalk of a certain color I believe. OTOH I also recall what the shipping costs were and they were quite a lot for a small box of chalk. That seems to be the norm here.

Really bad customer experience Really bad customer experience. Emailing with the support team regarding a poolcue with extensions and shipment to the Netherlands. All good so far. Placed my order, got an order confirmation, then a shipment conversation and all of a sudden a cancelation of the order as they can't ship to the Netherlands???? Waited for my money for days. Never going to order there again.

Purchased pool items I bought cues and accessories from Seyberts all the time. They always come fast to the house, packaged perfectly and they have one of the best costumer service around. They carry various items and most of the time everything is stocked. Truly a great place to purchase pool related products! I would not hesitate to buy from them again and again…they’re that good!

I always buy stuff here since 2008 til… I always buy stuff here since 2008 til now they have reasonable price plus the points that you can use on your next transaction, watchout for sale 😉 when they do buy it right away don’t wait the next day coz it happen to me many times.
