Quick Service I dropped a chain it got bound between the the frame and the chainring. I had to force it out and after I did the power meter quit. I tried recalibrating and a couple of other suggest fixes but the readings were way off. Emailed the diagnostics to quarq and they told me that it would need to be sent in. From the time I sent it till the time it was back in my hands was 7 days. Amazing!

Firmware DL failed, quick response but no help Can't fault their response but... Had a firmware download issue, contacted support and told 'it's dead' that was it! Fortunately a few searches highlighted similar issues with other products and all I needed to do was try a different ant+ dongle, really simple but nearly binned a few hundred £ of crank for lack of help!

I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years… I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years ago. PM spider integrated into a SRAM Red crankset. Super reliable up until it just died as I was cycling along. Phoned Quarq customer service and went through a few tests. Very polite guy confirmed that it was dead. Appreciated that it was out of warranty but thought they might be able to repair it or offer to replace the spider element at cost- No, no help or support whatsoever for an expensive bit of kit that had seen light careful use. Basically throw it away, zip all product support offered. Very disappointed.

Wow, That is what I call "Spot-on" customer service. Wow! Just for the record, I get totally wigged out not knowing if I have a BB30 or a press-fit, or similarly, whether my chainring is 110 vs 130 bcd; but I knew I wanted a Quarqs Power Meter-for sure. Fortunately, as I was searching (mindlessly online trying to figure out what I need for my Canyon Endurance) on their website, a Quarqs representative reached out to me to ask about my bike set-up. He had me take and forward pictures of my chainring and bottom bracket so he could determine the best system for my bike. In a day, he came back with a recommendation. I must say, considering the multitude a bike's specs, he relieved me from a "heck of a lot" of stress. I call that "Spot on" service.

Quality Parts and Excellent Customer Service Items arrived and look good. I Will install them once the weather improves in New England. On a side note, customer support is excellent. They will patiently answer your questions so can be assured of buying the right parts.
