Plain and simple Quarq is the best I have had a Quarq power meter for the past year and it has been wonderful. I did have to contact Quarq for a problem that I was having that stop me from using my device but made it aggravating and they were quick to respond and had great information that helped me troubleshoot my device and get it working perfectly. I could imagine using another power meter on my bike.

Fantastic online support I have PowerTap V1 pedals that we over 3 years old. They have stopped working. I reached out online and the service was incredible. Fast response, quick suggestion on how to fix the problem and couriered the parts. Great customer service.

Significant Delays due to change in… Significant Delays due to change in support from Saris to Quarq With the purchase of Powertap by Quarq, consumers are now facing a different set of support terms. Servicing timelines have gone from 3-5 business days to 7-10 business days (a change of 1% to 3% service outage of a product). Return shipping is expected to be covered by consumer now where it was previously covered by powertap/Saris. I am overly concerned that this change in terms has degraded the services/support/product I originally purchased. I am worried that there are other change in terms of support

I am pretty impressed with the Quarq… I am pretty impressed with the Quarq team and their willingness to carry the ball on problems. I have PowerTap pedals which have been far from trouble free. The most recent issue is after not using them for 8 months the cap on one pedal was frozen and would not come off even using semi destructive means. The Quark team happily took over..... As to PowerTap, I think they have caught a break. The cycling community has fairly low standards for vendors and quite honestly, their reputation was outsized IMHO

Must better than my order with a distributor I had a bad experience ordering the Shockwiz from a distributor (Jenson USA) and they shipped me a USED product instead of the new product I ordered. They also did not ship with the 2 day shipping they stated. It took weeks to get a refund. Quarq shipped brand new product, they got it out the door the same day and when I had questions their staff had actually used the product and was able to walk me through several things!
