GBI had purchased a power tap cn1 when… I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

GBFirmware DL failed, quick response but no help Can't fault their response but... Had a firmware download issue, contacted support and told 'it's dead' that was it! Fortunately a few searches highlighted similar issues with other products and all I needed to do was try a different ant+ dongle, really simple but nearly binned a few hundred £ of crank for lack of help!

GBPlain and simple Quarq is the best I have had a Quarq power meter for the past year and it has been wonderful. I did have to contact Quarq for a problem that I was having that stop me from using my device but made it aggravating and they were quick to respond and had great information that helped me troubleshoot my device and get it working perfectly. I could imagine using another power meter on my bike.

CAExcellent service Excellent on-phone advice regarding power meter and bike frame/ group set compatibility. Quick delivery to Canada. Awaiting installation on the bike so unable to comment as yet on use of the SRAM Force AXS Spider mount power meter.

GBI am pretty impressed with the Quarq… I am pretty impressed with the Quarq team and their willingness to carry the ball on problems. I have PowerTap pedals which have been far from trouble free. The most recent issue is after not using them for 8 months the cap on one pedal was frozen and would not come off even using semi destructive means. The Quark team happily took over..... As to PowerTap, I think they have caught a break. The cycling community has fairly low standards for vendors and quite honestly, their reputation was outsized IMHO
