GBI had purchased a power tap cn1 when… I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

GBJason Osborne helped me determine exactly what I needed! I've purchased many different SRAM and Quarq items over the years and have never been disappointed with my purchase. Jason Osborne helped me determine exactly what I needed for a perfect fit on our new Donnelly C/C frames. Great staff and super products keeps me coming back.

GBFirmware DL failed, quick response but no help Can't fault their response but... Had a firmware download issue, contacted support and told 'it's dead' that was it! Fortunately a few searches highlighted similar issues with other products and all I needed to do was try a different ant+ dongle, really simple but nearly binned a few hundred £ of crank for lack of help!

COi don't like the new Etap AXS i don't like the new Etap AXS, the casette 10-28 has a terrible jump in the last 2 speeds from 24T to 28T. I usually used the shimano 11-28T casettes and I never had that problem, i had never not even noticed that jump, you where very smart introducing a new 10T ring and smaller chainrings., until then, everythig was fine, but also changing the oldest and proven 11-28 cassette, adding a 16T ring, and making a quite uncomfortable jump betwen. 24t and 28t looks like a improvisation mistake.
