Very happy with the service of receiving my hareas and the quality was like nothing I found in pet stores. I love the harness, the quailty is excellent but I am concerned that it may be just a little big. When I put it on her I have to put the velcro on an angle towards the back to close up the gap in the front. Is that okay? Thanks Bernadette Gaudet

I purchased a wrong size, notified them that I would return the item and they immediately mailed me the correct size without charging me shipping or handling costs. Is this trust or what ?

Very pleased! The item looks great, very good quality. Unfortunately the size I ordered is too large. I hope it can be returned and replaced without a hassle...I haven't tried yet!
