Loved the clothes Loved the clothes! And they came with matching leashes which made them more adorable. They fit appropriately and the prices were better than I've found elsewhere. The built in harness is another plus. They also arrived quickly, I'll definitely be checking back for more.

No product, no help, just a bill… I have received products from them in the past and it has been 5 star. But I placed an order on August 29th and have not received it. I was charged too. I have tried to contact them by email, twice, I have texted and today I called. The number has been disconnected. I am so very sad. Such great products for small dogs, but as of now, they stole my money. Ugh......

My dog is frightened by the ball blast The dinky-dog works exactly as demonstrated in the video. I thought the my ball crazy 22 lb Peetie would love to to not only run after the balls down our long hallway, and eventually learn to put the balls in the machine Unfortunately. My dog is frightened of the apparatus itself& the blasting sensation with which it sends the small ball down the hall. He is walking around the DinkyDog by rubbing along the opposite wall. I plan to return it. I know it will be wonderful for the dog that is not alarmed by its sound and force of ball ejection.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They told my senior mother there’s no returns can’t you read the big bold red letters on the website!!! Choose your words appropriately there’s no need to be ignorant. If there are no returns that’s fine but be civilized

I was surprised that I had to really look around to get my product The first time I shopped everything was in sight. When I went back to purchase the fetch it was not there. I had to look for it. After I purchased it I tried to buy extra balls that had been shown with machine I could not find those. I sent email requesting info to purchase extra balls. It has been several weeks and I have not heard from them. I am looking other places for balls.
