I purchased a wrong size, notified them that I would return the item and they immediately mailed me the correct size without charging me shipping or handling costs. Is this trust or what ?

Happy Dinky Dog owner I have a small yorkie which at times makes it difficult to find the right size of collars, sweaters, harness etc. I was so impressed with the whole experience of ordering, for the first time, from Dinky Dog Club , from the on line ordering to the fast shipping & darling packaging. They have it right !

Lovely product...seriously overpriced I loved that you had tiny shirts to keep a tiny dog warm. I bought two as necessities, it's starting to get colder. I felt they were overpriced as you might expect for a novelty item for "those people" who like to dress up their small dogs. I will shop for more reasonably priced items. I think your costs are way more than well covered at $24.99 apiece.

No product, no help, just a bill… I have received products from them in the past and it has been 5 star. But I placed an order on August 29th and have not received it. I was charged too. I have tried to contact them by email, twice, I have texted and today I called. The number has been disconnected. I am so very sad. Such great products for small dogs, but as of now, they stole my money. Ugh......
