Exceptional customer service. Holly is a credit to R.A.D I had a little issue with a pair of RAD’s which was unlucky but these things happen with a shoe. However, it was the service with dealing with the fault that was just amazing and shows exactly why RAD is becoming such a popular brand. Holly has went above and beyond trying to source me a solution for my fault and I just want to say a big thank you. Would recommend RAD 100% and will be definitely purchasing again from them in the future down to the exceptional service I received from Holly!

My new favorite shoes and company I took a chance on buying my first pair of Rad 1 last year after good feedback from folks at my gym. While I wasn’t sure what to expect I was completely blown away that I ended up winning one of their cool giveaways by just being sent two different mismatched shoes. Since then I’ve snagged a few more pairs and love the way they feel on my feet and how stable they are for CrossFit. They have turned into my daily shoes. Love that this company’s presence is only growing in the CrossFit space. Great company, great products and great customer support! I believe in being very brand loyal when I love a product and a company and Rad definitely found a fan in me!
