GB1 star is to good for this shoddy… Now updated as promised to 4 stars because R.A.D have finally decided to stand by their product and send me a new pair of trainers. Thank you very much. 1 star is to good for this shoddy business with appalling customer service and even more appalling manufacturing. Brand new pair of R-1, straight out of the box, never even on my feet and the sole is falling off. After a bit of googling, it seems their manufacturing is extremely poor and they produce a lot of defective footwear. Don't believe all their hype, still as cheap as possible made in China rubbish. All they care about is their stupid marketing campaigns and the money. So now I'm left with a worthless pair of rubbish only fit for the bin as they are not man enough to stand by their own stuff and cover warranty work for their own mistakes. Once they have your money, basically it's f off. No exchange, refund or repair but said I could get them repaired myself at my own expense. Don't even abide by consumer legislation in the country they supply their products to. Another lowlife company who really doesn't give a damn about their customers. Just overpriced, extremely bad quality and appalling defective manufacturing. Walk away. Don't give them a single penny. And dont be a sheeple, don't follow the pack. . Far better brands out there who do value their customers. Businesses like this deserve to go under. I will be reporting them for illegally denying a warranty claim on new unused footwear. Thieves and liars comes to mind. Update to their response. Several emails have went back and forth and no resolution was given other than repair them myself at my own cost! Update to their response. Proof that customer service is not paramount to this company and that they don't want to stand by their product. Plus they broke data protection laws by wanting the name and address of the person who bought them for me, someone who works in policing, which they were informed of. Neither do I have a brass neck to go and tell the person sorry you bought me fauly trainers at xmas, embarrassing both of us over a gift given with generosity. Nor did they deny that they have a serious amount of faulty manufacturing problems. Indeed they were forced to do recalls. Plus for all their mantra on environment.....here's another pair of trainers to join the rubbish mountains. Beware, there are reasons why they have so many poor reviews.

GBExceptional customer service. Holly is a credit to R.A.D I had a little issue with a pair of RAD’s which was unlucky but these things happen with a shoe. However, it was the service with dealing with the fault that was just amazing and shows exactly why RAD is becoming such a popular brand. Holly has went above and beyond trying to source me a solution for my fault and I just want to say a big thank you. Would recommend RAD 100% and will be definitely purchasing again from them in the future down to the exceptional service I received from Holly!

CAAmazing Customer Service After having a great initial experience with my Rad shoes, unfortunately I had an issue with a pair I purchased last year! I wrote to the customer service seeing if they could help as the shoes were less than a year old. Something similar had happened with Nike metcons I bought but their customer service was not helpful and disregarded the shoe fault completely even though they were within warranty. The customer service team got back to me within a day and without hesitation were happy to replace the shoes free of charge and I didn't need to send the old ones back! The shoes arrived within a week of the initial mail I sent (I live in Canada). Not only was the shipment so quick but the person I was dealing with (Anastasia) was very polite, extremely helpful and did not push back or disregard my issue! These days I find it quite difficult to get customer service that helpful and reciprocating to an issue with a product. No wonder you have grown such a huge fan base and I will continue to support Rad as a brand whilst I do crossfit! Lastly, although I had an issue with my shoes, these are by far the most comfy and sturdy crossfit shoe I have worn. Finally there is a crossfit shoe that can be used for running workouts without being too flat! Keep up the amazing work Rad Global!!!!

GBMy new favorite shoes and company I took a chance on buying my first pair of Rad 1 last year after good feedback from folks at my gym. While I wasn’t sure what to expect I was completely blown away that I ended up winning one of their cool giveaways by just being sent two different mismatched shoes. Since then I’ve snagged a few more pairs and love the way they feel on my feet and how stable they are for CrossFit. They have turned into my daily shoes. Love that this company’s presence is only growing in the CrossFit space. Great company, great products and great customer support! I believe in being very brand loyal when I love a product and a company and Rad definitely found a fan in me!
