GBMy old Garmin watch died on the last… My old Garmin watch died on the last evening of a recent UK holiday. Researched and ordered a new one that evening, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered by 10:30 the following morning (it actually beat me home). Great price, efficient website and stellar delivery logistics.

GBI used to shop with Wiggle and Chain… I used to shop with Wiggle and Chain Reaction a lot - in fact I got a rather handsome Nukeproof from them last summer, but something's just gone wrong. They stock very few real bike brands now, just tat like MuddyFox. Its more like SportsDirect - it's a joke. Definitely not worth it for serious cyclists - or anyone who wants gear that lasts more than a week.

GBDefault first search option Wiggle aren't as cheap as they once were but they still can't be faulted for variety or service. Orders often arrive much earlier than stated even with standard delivery . They're my default first option when searching for anything cycle related

GBDreadful website Dreadful website. I was searching for a cassette, selected size and it gave me small, medium and large as options! What a joke. I won’t be using Wiggle again after years as a loyal customer, new owners don’t seem to have a clue about cycling. Prices not competitive anymore either. Used to be such a great brand.

GBAverage Ordered things from Wiggle in the past and they've been good. I ordered a helmet recently and it arrived with the outer and product box crushed, most likely from the Evri delivery. I returned it due to the damage and had to pay a return fee, which is pretty unacceptable, returns for faulty items should be free. I ordered a replacement and it came quickly with no issues this time.
