What happened to my Haribo It was the usual service but didn’t get my usual sweet pack it’s the become a little Wiggle thank you for shopping with us kind of customer experience. Although I got exactly what I wanted not getting that little pack of haribo was a let down. Come on Wiggle pull your finger out

My old Garmin watch died on the last… My old Garmin watch died on the last evening of a recent UK holiday. Researched and ordered a new one that evening, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered by 10:30 the following morning (it actually beat me home). Great price, efficient website and stellar delivery logistics.

I used to shop with Wiggle and Chain… I used to shop with Wiggle and Chain Reaction a lot - in fact I got a rather handsome Nukeproof from them last summer, but something's just gone wrong. They stock very few real bike brands now, just tat like MuddyFox. Its more like SportsDirect - it's a joke. Definitely not worth it for serious cyclists - or anyone who wants gear that lasts more than a week.

Tough times yet still great service! Even though Wiggle/CRC are currently going through tough times, absolutely no problem with my order. I got a great price on a Maxxix Aggressor, delivery was quick & it was refreshing to see all the packaging was recyclable. 5 Stars. Keep using this company & you never know they may get through it! I will for one.

Poor customer care Well the delivery time didn't take too long when my product arrived. However, the product (a pair of Altra running shoes, quite expensive) developed a fault sooner than expected and I sent three return/faulty item request to no avail. Not one reply!!! I am very disappointed that the customer care seems to be non-existent. I hope they improve on this as currently I will likely not use their website to order items again due to these reasons.
